Plako's Utopia in the largest sustainability event of the country

Moisés Campos, Plako's CEO and the main responsible for the Utopia project - the dream of the IT company that aims to be located in a place with minimum environmental impact, in Póvoa de Lanhoso - will integrate the 7th edition of GREENFEST, as a speaker, in the SUSTAINABLE AND SOCIAL ARCHITECTURE CONFERENCE 'VARIOUS MEANS, THE SAME END', next October 9th.

This initiative, inspired by the American format and brought to Portugal by Pedro Norton de Matos, annually gives stage to the best that is done in Portugal in terms of sustainability in its environmental, social and economic aspects.

In 2014, the 'Green Festival' will be held around the theme "Education for Sustainability", celebrating the culmination of the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development, decreed by UNESCO, whose goal is to encourage people to change their attitudes and behaviors towards the environment and the use of natural resources.

It will take place, as in the 6 previous editions, at the Estoril Congress Center.  From October 9 to 12, Greenfest has a varied program, which includes workshops, debates and lectures, conferences, workshops and ateliers, theater, cinema, concerts, exhibitions, leisure and recreational activities. A multiplicity of options so that it can reach as many people as possible.
