Utopia with windows as far as the eye can see!

The windows and doors of the Utopia building were carefully chosen in white lacquered aluminum to contrast with the final coating of the building.

The series of 60mm open and 90mm sliding frames by Feluaço provide the building with a high level of thermic and acoustic comfort, contributing to saving resources and greater respect for the environment.

The type of glass that blocks the entry of ultraviolet rays (Guardian Sun type) was avoided as the width of the walls (80cm) is already a great obstacle and the use of deciduous trees (carefully arranged on the outside) guarantee an excellent level shade in summer and contribute to indoor heating in winter.

The Utopia building has 17 windows, through which Plako employees will be able to enjoy and be inspired by the beautiful surrounding landscape.
